The best part of the job was that you always knew what you were supposed to do 90% of the time and when you didn't your supervisors and coworkers had your back. I will say I had the best coworkers and supervisors there than anywhere I worked before but they didn't have the amount of say or authority they deserved most times. You will learn great customer service skills but at the risk of wanting to avoid it as a career after dealing with their patrons especially at night. The work culture is still good but nothing compared to what it used to be due to local management issues, favoritism and lack of interest or ability to solve every day issues are the main problem. Worked there for over 3 years and never had a complaint until covid years the training is through and the work is straight forward but the pay and benefits are not sufficient for the amount of headaches and risks you have working there.
